FS32K148HAT0MLQR Overview
The S32K1 MCUs of 32-bit AEC-Q100 qualified MCUs combine a scalable family ofArm Cortex -M based microcontrollers, built onlong-lasting features with a comprehensive suite of production-grade tools andsupporting up to ASIL B functional safety automotive and industrialapplications.S32K1 MCUs feature ultra-low-power operating modes, a cryptographic securityengine with NXP firmware and an automotive-grade Software Development Kit(SDK) with low-level drivers and the FreeRTOS OS. The S32K1MCUs are available in QFN, LQFP and MAPBGA packages.Features

- 48 MHz Cortex-M0+ core or 80/112 MHz Cortex-M4F core
- 128 kB to 2 MB flash memory with ECC. Up to 4KB EEPROM
- 12-bit 1 Msps ADC, 16-bit FlexTimers with dead-time insertion and fault detection
- Scalable low power Run and Stop modes. Fast wake-up, clock and power gating
- QFN, LQFP and MAPBGA packages. -40 to 125/150° C. Minimum 15 years longevity
- AEC-Q100 qualified
- Grade 0: -40° C to +150° C Ta
