MC9S12E256MPVE Overview

The MC9S12E is a 112/80-pin, cost-effective, general-purpose MCU family, using the important on-chip features needed for your automotive designs.The MC9S12E has full 16-bit data paths throughout.The inclusion of a phase-lock look (PLL) circuit allows power consumption and performance to be adjusted to suit operational requirements.An on-chip bandgap-based voltage regulator (Vreg) generates the internal digital supply voltage of 2.5 V (VDD) from a 3.15–5.5 V external supply range.
